Building a multi-channel B2B acquisition engine across GCC, MENA, North America & Europe, engineered to optimize for qualified leads, not just form fills.
Arbisoft was already generating significant lead volume through paid acquisition, particularly across GCC and MENA. But volume alone wasn't enough. In markets like Morocco and Egypt, lead quality was inconsistent, weak requirements, poor contact info, and low-intent inquiries were slipping through.
The fix wasn't more leads. It was connecting the advertising platforms to what happened after the form submission.
A prospect submits a lead through Google Ads or another acquisition channel.
The lead is automatically received in Arbisoft's internal CRM.
When the lead meets the qualification criteria, it is marked as an MQL in the CRM.
The qualified conversion is pushed back to the ad platform as an offline conversion.
Google Ads now optimizes toward a far stronger signal than a simple form submission.
The account was organised by service intent, keyword intent, geography and funnel stage, keeping every campaign granular enough to optimize toward quality, not just clicks.

I reduced CPC by roughly 40-45% across the GCC region through continuous optimization: search-term analysis, negative-keyword expansion, keyword-to-ad-group restructuring, bid optimization, ad-relevance improvements, geo segmentation, intent targeting and landing-page alignment.
Qualified account lists uploaded to LinkedIn via Customer Match / Matched Audiences.
Lead → MQL → SQL. The goal wasn't just LinkedIn leads, it was the right companies and the right people.
Technology companies looking for AI, software development and engineering capabilities.
Businesses requiring technology, digital products and software solutions.
Technology companies operating within the travel ecosystem.
Healthcare technology companies and digital health businesses.
Financial technology businesses with software requirements.
Education technology companies and platforms.
Demand existed, but lead quality was below Google and CPL was higher. The takeaway: evaluate channels beyond lead volume, Search intent → Lead → Quality → MQL → Cost.
Run on a Maximize Clicks objective to test visibility, attention, click volume and emerging inventory, not as a Google Search replacement.
Part of the wider paid-media and retargeting mix, complementing high-intent search with extra touchpoints and re-engagement.

A hyper-local delivery service. Using an interactive WhatsApp bot, customers order anything from their local shops in seconds and get it delivered in 15 minutes.
This moved evaluation beyond “how many forms did we receive?” toward “how many relevant businesses did we actually generate?”
CRM → Offline Conversion → Google Ads
Increase investment in what produces better-quality demand.
Custom tools (built with Claude Code) accelerated campaign creation and standardized structures across multiple service lines.
The challenge was never getting people to submit forms. It was teaching the advertising platforms to distinguish between a lead and a qualified lead. By connecting the CRM with offline conversion data, I fed stronger qualification signals back into the ad ecosystem, improving the learning signal, refining targeting, and raising the quality of leads generated through paid acquisition.
I build and optimize multi-channel acquisition systems across paid search, ABM, retargeting, conversion tracking and AI-powered marketing automation.
